Joseph W. Belluck, a partner in the law firm of Belluck & Fox, LLP, focuses in consumer, environmental litigation and defective products.
Mr. Belluck previously served as an advisor to the New York State Attorney General, who represents New York in his lawsuit against the tobacco industry. Mr. Belluck has played a role in the settlement of New York State Action for tobacco $ 25 billion. Mr. Belluck also served as Director of Attorney Services Trial Lawyers Care, an organization dedicated to providing free legal assistance to victims of September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
Mr. Belluck has lectured regularly on product liability, tort and no-smoking policy and is considered an expert in consumer law and tort litigation.
